The Blood Trail of the Empire

In the period between the 1950s and somewhere in the 1970s, the now former British Empire, while they were turning the key to the formal imperial status, carried out a worldwide intelligence operation called Operation Legacy. That is, legacy as in legacy. Intelligence must be understood correctly: it was directed to the future. They had all the intelligence and information, but the people of the empire and the rest of the world were not allowed to know about it.
